Welcome Leo!

We've added yet another critter to our menagerie last week and he's wonderful. He is Leo. Leo came to us from Alaska. My brother and sister-in-law had Leo since he was a puppy and after a lot of thought and consideration, they placed Leo with us. He's an Australian Terrier and is 6.5 years old and VERY WELL TRAINED!!!
I've discovered that Leo likes to surf the Internet and is very anxious to make friends with Bob, our house cat (who is almost as big as Leo).
As long as Leo moves at a slow speed around Bob, they do fine. Here they are sharing a few moments in the sun watching the wind blow things around outside. They will be good friends :-).
Today Leo was introduced to the ram lambs. They were all very curious and the lambs (technically I guess they're not lambs anymore) ran up and down the fence line as Leo sniffed the territory.
More friendly sniffs and introduction.
Puzzle the llama also wanted to introduce himself. I had to pick Leo up for that one. It's very interesting to see how different animals react to each other.
And then over to the next pen with Farley and Tia. Soon Leo tired of the curious sheep and went back to sniffing the ground around him. He did find the hay smelled very interesting. As the warmer weather comes, Leo will have a lot of stuff to do outside. He is great and a joy to have around. Next he'll be sitting in my lap while I spin!

Welcome Leo! What a handsome fellow you are! And what a lucky dog, to have so many four legged friends to visit with. We just welcomed Luna, the baby goat, so how exciting that Leo and Luna were welcomed on the same day! Scritches from me!
